1. Shipping Areas & Delivery Methods
We only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the continental United States, with free shipping on all orders (remote areas and overseas territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam are not eligible for shipping at this time).
All orders are delivered via FedEx / UPS domestic U.S. couriers. PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
In-stock orders (T1 / EM10 complete e-bikes) are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, subject to the product page description.
After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number within 24 hours and send a shipping notification to your registered email address.
Delivery timeframes (calculated after the order is shipped):

Complete e-bikes (T1/EM10): 1-5 business days for delivery within the continental United States

Pre-order / backorder items: Shipping time is subject to the product page description
We cannot provide additional shipping documents during the third-party logistics transportation process; the delivery date displayed on the page is for estimated reference only.
3. Address Modifications

Before the order is shipped and no tracking number is generated: Address modification is free of charge.

After the order is shipped and the address is successfully modified via FedEx/UPS: A $20 address modification fee will be charged.

Address modification request after the order is shipped: We can assist in submitting the request to the logistics provider, but we cannot guarantee 100% success in modifying the address.
4. Order Tracking
Registered users can directly view the order status, logistics tracking number, and delivery information in the personal account center on our official website.
If you need assistance, you can contact us via customer service email, and we will reply within 24 hours.
